Each team will pay $50 per season, to be put into a collective purse for season-ending payouts.
Each owner pays for their first and third year upon joining the league. That means the first payment into the league is $100, plus any Fantrax and LeagueSafe fees.
Owners must also pay an equal share of Fantrax site fees, which is $3.33 per person. This is in addition to league dues and outside of the prize pool.
Season payment is due by September 1 of each year. Payments are non-refundable. Failure to pay by the due date without discussing your situation with the league commissioner could result in forfeiture of team and any payments held by the league. The commissioner will reach out to all owners prior to the due date, so nonpayment without exemptions and forfeiture of money insurance will not be a surprise.
Any forfeited payments will be used to cover the first season fees for a new owner, if needed. If an owner can be found who will pay their first and third season fees, then the departed owner’s leftover money will be added to the league championship prize.
All league funds will be held in escrow and distributed by LeagueSafe.
*Finals MVP is awarded to the player on either team who has the highest Fantrax Player Score during the ARBYS Finals. This can be awarded to the losing team.
**MVP is awarded to the player with the player with the highest Fantrax Player Score at the end of the regular season. Sixth Man of the Year is awarded to the player with the highest Fantrax Player Score whose salary is equal to or less than $3 million at the end of the regular season. Rookie of the Year is awarded to the rookie with the highest Fantrax Player Score at the end of the regular season. First-Team All-ARBYS Selections are awarded to the two guards, two forwards, and remaining forward or center with the highest Fantrax Player Scores at the end of the regular season.
24 x $50 = $1,200 total
